Pool Beach, Biddeford, Maine
We quickly visited Pool Beach after our walk through East Point Sanctuary before it started raining on us. I’m definitely not an expert at Pool Beach but is an absolutely beautiful spot to check out! I was in love with all the houses and neighborhoods around the beach just as much as my kids loved the beach! Pool Beach is very rocky, a classic Maine beach.
parking is limited
Parking around Pool Beach and the other two Biddeford beaches, Fortune’s Rock Beach and Middle Beach, all require parking permits. You can pay $35 online for a day pass by entering in your license plate number. A season pass for an out of town resident is $245. Both are a little pricey for me so I probably won’t be making many visits up to that area, as I am not a resident of Biddeford. I’d love more info on the beaches if you have any so I could add it in here!
The location is not available on the map below and I’m not sure why. I put in the location for Ocean Ave as the beach runs parallel to Ocean Ave. It is right near East Point Sanctuary, a very quick walk for a quick visit there!
